Within half an hour of browsing, I noticed several points which would have been out of date when the edition was published in 2002. Maybe the May 2005 edition will put a few of these things straight... I was also hoping for more practical installation advise than is contained in this book. It proved to be invaluable for part two of the course giving clear explainations of all required subjects.
