About the Author
Robert Backhouse grew up in Brixham, and as a teenager grew up in the parish of All Souls, Langham Place, whose then rector, John Stott, recommended him for training in the Anglican ministry, which he did at The London College of Divinity. After ordination, Robert served a curacy under Richard Bewes at St Peter's Church, Harold Wood, Essex. Since then Robert has been involved in publishing for the ministry of Christian literature, compiling, writing and advising on numerous publications
